How This Came To Be...
Personally I love fashion. It could be a designer thing but I like all forms of creative expression. Fashion (good or bad) is a way for an individual to express themselves whether they know it or not. However it could be a bit of a pain when deciding what to wear especially in the morning when you're trying to get through the door and not be late.
Theories & Assumptions
It's fair to assume that over the years men have grown to embrace fashion/style a little more. This could be seen in sports as athletes arrive to games, athletic workout gear looking for wearable outside of the gym and workplaces allowing for a more casual dress code. Regardless of the shift in style there's still some level of effort in putting looks together and some find it easier than others. After taking all of these things into consideration I wanted to start with the one thing that plagues us all which is 'time'. Could there be a solution that helps saves time when it comes to an every day routine all men face? Am I the only one that spends too much time getting ready? What aspects surrounding fashion create challenges for men?
Discovery & Validation
To see if my concerns were unique to me or if this is a widespread issue. I created a survey and sent it out to 20 men and in order to get unbiased responses I didn't tell them what my challenges were. Instead, I asked the following questions and compiled the feedback.
What line of work are you in?
What is your work dress code? ie; business casual, casual, suit & tie?
How would you define your fashion style? ie; athletic, street wear, suits etc.
How much time do you take getting ready in the morning?
Do you plan what you're going to wear the night before?
What key factors play a part in what you decide to wear?
In typical work week do you cycle through the same clothes more than once? Or none at all?
Do you currently experience any challenges with fashion?

Key Takeaways
Weather playing a key factor isn't too surprising however rotation of clothes was a common response across those that were surveyed compared to comfort
Time spent getting ready didn't come up as a major concern or something the men felt they needed to improve on
Size and fitting was a consistent challenge among the men. Factors included: body changes due to working out, bigger built guys guys have limited options for fashion styles and overall access to quality items
Outfit selection was heavily decided on what the work and post work day entailed ie; big client meeting and after work plans
Majority of the men worked in professions that had a casual dress code
Proposed Solutions
